Pork Tenderloin w/ Sauteed Vegetables

Gasp! Not dreaded leftovers. As I stand looking at the pan of leftover pork tenderloin resting peacefully in the fridge I realize that I can't feed the husband the same thing from the night before.
Then I notice the beautiful fresh vegetables sitting in the crisper, and just like that I created:

Ingredients:
1/2 lb pre-cooked Pork Tenderloin, sliced
2 Carrots, sliced chunky
1 Green Bell Pepper, halved then sliced
1 Onion, halved then sliced
1 Turnip, peeled, quartered then sliced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Oregano
1/2 tbsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tbsp Basil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:
In a medium fry pan heat olive oil, add onion, carrots, bell pepper, turnip and 1/2 of the seasonings. Saute on medium-high heat until onions are translucent and veggies are just tender. Add sliced pork, reduce heat to medium, add remainder of spices, and continue cooking until pork is hot.
Prep and cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 4

Congratulations! You have successfully prepared a healthy, hearty meal that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater in your family!!!
